Performance Testing
We simulate millions of concurrent users to stress-test web and mobile applications, uncover latency bottlenecks, and guarantee performance during high-traffic events
Measured against the traffic you will actually get, on infrastructure that behaves like the one you run in production.

Tested Against Real Traffic, Not a Script
A performance test only tells you something when the model resembles production. We build load from your own usage data and read the result as an engineering decision rather than a scorecard.
Load Built From Your Usage
Transaction mixes, think times and data volumes come from your own analytics, so the result describes your product rather than a generic shopping basket played at a fixed rate.
- Transaction mix taken from your own analytics
- Data volumes and think times modelled realistically
The System Under Real Strain
Spikes, soak runs and peak events push the stack until something gives. We watch how it recovers rather than stopping at the first slow response and calling that a ceiling.
- Spike, soak and failover scenarios included
- Recovery time measured, not assumed
Bottlenecks Named and Traced
Saturation points, lock contention, slow queries and cache misses are traced down to the code or configuration causing them, with the fix sized before anyone schedules it.
- Traces down to the query or the configuration
- Fixes sized before the work is committed
A Baseline You Can Plan Against
You get documented headroom, scaling thresholds and a rerunnable test, so capacity becomes a number in a planning meeting rather than a surprise in production.
- Documented headroom and scaling thresholds
- Rerunnable test kept as the regression baseline
What Performance Testing Covers
The four areas we measure, from expected load through to the capacity you can plan on.
Load & Stress Testing
Expected and beyond-normal traffic measured for responsiveness, throughput, limits, breaking points and recovery.
Spike & Endurance Testing
System resilience under sudden surges and sustained workloads, tracking leaks and degradation.
Scalability & Capacity Planning
Infrastructure performance as load increases, setting scaling requirements and baseline capacity.
Database & API Performance Tuning
Query execution, indexing efficiency, API response times and backend bottlenecks traced to cause.
Performance Engineering Services Include
Modular capabilities you can adopt as a full engagement or phase in by risk priority.
Load & Stress Testing
Expected and beyond-normal traffic measured to find saturation, breaking points and failure behaviour.
LoadSpike & Endurance Testing
Surges and soak runs that surface memory leaks, resource leaks and slow degradation over hours.
ResilienceCapacity Planning
Documented headroom and scaling thresholds for hardware and cloud, sized against forecast demand.
CapacityDatabase & Query Tuning
Execution plans, index coverage and connection handling traced to the queries that cost you time.
DatabaseAPI Response Profiling
Per-endpoint latency and payload weight profiled, with caching and pagination recommendations.
APIEvent & Peak Readiness
Pre-event rehearsal against forecast traffic, ending with a go or no-go recommendation.
EventsPerformance Regression Suite
Threshold-based checks in CI, so a slow release is caught by the pipeline rather than a customer.
RegressionWhat We Measure and Hand Over
The numbers we commit to reporting, agreed as targets before the first run.
Latency budget agreed for your critical journeys
Headroom target at your forecast peak load
Documented capacity baseline, repeatable on demand
Latency regression caught in CI, not in production

Is This Service Right for You?
A quick check on whether a performance engagement makes sense right now.
A good fit if
- You have a launch, campaign or seasonal peak coming
- Latency complaints come from users, not from your dashboards
- You are choosing between scaling options and need evidence
- Nobody on the team owns performance as a discipline
The wrong start if
- You need a new application designed and built
- There is no realistic load model for us to work from
- The environment under test is unlike production

Still have a question?
Ask an engineer, not a call centre. You get a straight answer within one business day.
Ask our teamYou need somewhere that behaves like production in the ways that matter: comparable instance sizes, similar data volume and realistic network conditions. A laptop talking to a shared sandbox produces a number that means nothing.
It depends on the infrastructure under test rather than on us, and that is the point of the exercise. We scale generation to the point where the system answers, and document where that point is.
Apache JMeter, Gatling and k6 for load generation, with Prometheus and Grafana for metrics. We use what your team can run afterwards, because a test nobody can repeat is a one-off report.
A first cycle, covering the model, the baseline run, analysis and report, usually runs three to four weeks. Reruns after tuning are much shorter, because the model already exists.
We can, and it is usually the more useful half of the engagement. Tuning is scoped from the findings, applied and then measured with the same test, so the improvement is evidence rather than a claim.
Yes. We rehearse against forecast traffic before the event, and support you during it if you want someone watching the same dashboards who knows what the limits are meant to be.
