Delivery Pipelines You Can Trust at Speed

A pipeline that is fast but untrustworthy is not fast. We make the safe path the short path, then measure the four numbers that say whether it is working.

  • 01

The Pipeline Is a Code Change

Build, test and deploy are defined beside the code they run, reviewed like any other change, and versioned the same way, so the pipeline itself cannot drift.

    • One reviewed pull request per pipeline change
    • Reproducible builds from a pinned toolchain
  • 02

    Gates That Earn Their Place

Every check blocks a release only when a real defect would have reached production, so gates raise confidence instead of raising the queue.

    • Security and policy checks wired into the same run
    • Flaky stages quarantined instead of ignored
  • 03

    Environments That Come From Source

Preview, staging and production are created by the same code path, so a missing configuration shows up in a pull request rather than during a release.

    • Ephemeral preview environments per pull request
    • Secrets managed centrally, never committed
  • 04

    Rollback Is a Normal Move

Progressive promotion and automatic rollback mean a bad release reaches a slice of traffic rather than everyone, and reversing it takes one step.

    • Canary and blue-green promotion with health gates
    • Automatic rollback on any health signal that moves

    What DevOps and CI/CD Covers

The four areas we build and operate, from first pipeline to steady-state delivery.

    Pipeline as Code

Reproducible build, test and deploy pipelines defined in version control, reviewed like any other change.

    Release Gates & Quality

Automated test, security and policy checks that stop a bad change before it reaches production.

    Environment & Config Management

Ephemeral preview environments, secret management and config that differs by environment without living in three files.

    Progressive Delivery & Rollback

Canary and blue-green promotion with automatic rollback the moment a health signal moves.

    Services

    DevOps and CI/CD Services Include

Modular capabilities you can adopt as a full delivery platform or phase in by release priority.

    01

    Pipeline Design & Build

Stages, runners and caching designed around your test suite, with the pipeline living in version control.

    Pipelines
    02

    Automated Test Suites

Unit, integration, contract and end-to-end coverage wired to the right stage, with flaky tests quarantined.

    Quality
    03

    Security Gates

SAST, dependency, secret and container scanning enforced in the pipeline with a documented exception process.

    Security
    04

    Artifact & Image Registry

Signed, versioned build artefacts promoted by digest, so the thing tested is the thing that ships.

    Supply chain
    05

    GitOps & Continuous Delivery

ArgoCD or equivalent reconciling cluster state from source, with drift surfaced and corrected automatically.

    GitOps
    06

    Environments as Code

Ephemeral preview, staging and production environments created by pipeline rather than by a wiki page.

    07

    Progressive Rollout

Canary and blue-green promotion, feature flags and health gates tied to the metrics that matter.

    What Delivery Engagements Commit To

The four delivery measures we instrument, and hold ourselves to, from week one.

    Daily

Release frequency as the target for product teams

    Hours

Lead time from commit to running in production

    One step

Rollback time, automated and rehearsed, not manual

    Measured

Change failure rate reported per service, not guessed

    What You Get

Artifacts your engineers, release owners and auditors can operate without us.

    Pipeline as Code

Versioned build, test and deploy stages with review.

    Test Coverage Plan

Which layer catches which defect, and what it costs.

    Environment Blueprints

Preview, staging and production created from one path.

    Release & Rollback Runbook

Promotion steps, health gates and the reverse path.

    Security Gate Policy

Which checks block a release, and how exceptions work.

    How We Deliver

Six steps from an assessment of how you ship to releases you trust.

    1. 01

      Delivery Assessment

Current pipeline, environments and release pain mapped.

    2. 02

      Pipeline Design

Stages, gates and environments agreed against your risk.

    3. 03

      Build & Test Automation

Reproducible builds and test tiers running on every change.

    4. 04

      Environment Provisioning

Preview, staging and production created from the same code.

    5. 05

      Progressive Rollout

Canary or blue-green with health gates and rollback wired.

    6. 06

      Operate & Improve

Delivery metrics reviewed and the pipeline kept fast.

    Fit Check

Is This Service Right for You?

A quick check on whether a delivery engagement makes sense right now.

    A good fit if

    • Releases are planned weeks ahead because they are risky
    • Deployments are done by one or two people by hand
    • You want to ship several times a day, not a few times a month
    • Tests exist but rarely run before production

    The wrong start if

    • You have no software in production yet
    • There is no repository or version control to build on
    • You only need a one-off script or a single manual deploy

    Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers on scope, timelines and cost. Cannot find yours? Ask our team directly.

    Still have a question?

Ask an engineer, not a call centre. You get a straight answer within one business day.

    Ask our team

Usually not. We work inside GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and the runners you already have, and we move a service across only when the current tool is the reason it cannot ship. A migration is only worth it when it removes a bottleneck we can name, and we will say so plainly if it does not.

Each gate has a named defect class behind it and an owner who can approve an exception with an expiry date. Gates that only fire on real problems stay, gates that fire constantly get fixed or removed, and the review happens with your team rather than around them.

A release moves through a small percentage of traffic against health signals you already agree on, and returns automatically when one of them moves. Nothing reaches every user at once, and a bad change is one command or no command to undo, not a rollback plan written after the incident.

The first visible change is usually build and test feedback time, which often improves within the first month because caching and parallelism alone recover hours per commit. Full release frequency and lead time improvements follow once environments and promotion are automated, typically over the first two quarters.

Yes, and that is the normal case. We pair with your engineers on design and implementation, run the same ceremonies, and leave the pipeline, the documentation and the runbook with your team. The goal is that the delivery platform is yours to operate when we step back.

We can. Some teams keep us on a managed footing after the build, where we own runner capacity, pipeline maintenance and release support against a monthly scope. Others take the platform in-house, and both arrangements are normal depending on how much platform capacity you have.
